Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Boxemai's services at boxemai.com and app.boxemai.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Boxemai provides AI-powered receptionist tools for businesses: answering phone calls, responding to website chats, capturing booking requests and messages, booking appointments, and sending confirmations. Features are provided as modular "stacks" you add to your account.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate business information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must have the right to connect the phone numbers, websites, and calendars you attach to the service.

3. AI-generated interactions

• Boxemai's assistants generate responses automatically from the configuration you provide. They are designed to be conservative — to take a message rather than make a commitment — but AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration, testing changes before publishing them, and correcting anything the assistant tells your customers on your behalf.
• You must not configure the service to mislead, harass, or unlawfully solicit anyone, or to collect information you have no right to collect.

4. Your content

Your business configuration, conversations, and customer records remain yours. You grant us the license needed to process them to provide the service — nothing more. You are the controller of your customers' information; use it lawfully, including obtaining any notices or consents your jurisdiction requires for call recording.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before your next billing period. Usage-based features may have fair-use limits to prevent abuse.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service; access another customer's data; resell the service without an agreement; or use it for spam, robocalls, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

7. Third-party services

The service interoperates with third parties (telephony, calendars, payments). Their terms govern your use of their products; we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time; your stacks stop running at the end of the paid period. We may terminate for breach of these terms. On account deletion we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxemai's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed calls, missed bookings, or statements made by an AI assistant that you could review and correct.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
